Pros
Great training, decent benefits, most on delivery side of house are very intelligent (analysts, executive partners, etc.,)
Cons
Antiquated sales model that quotas don’t change when you’ve sold to everyone you are “allowed” to sell to. Lots of competition internally (fighting amongst reps based on size of accounts, territory, vertical…the list goes on). Everyone wants a piece of your pie and management could care less. The mangers whose region is doing best wins. Look at tenure of AE’s before you join…most have a 3-year shelf life and leave because you are stuck with same accounts that have been grown as far as they can grow.
