Pros
Benefits and time-off. Flexibility to work from home or remote locations. Good working environment. They provide the technology to get the job done. There are also many opportunites to recieve training within and outside of Gartner. The develoment plans really help to pave a path for a fruitful career.
Cons
Compensation growth for employees who have been with the company for a while is limited. Compensation increases seem very incremental as opposed to people who join from outside Gartner. Some middle management is inexperienced and can not make decision for themselves. They have a tendency to over promise without taking into account the full picture.
