Great health insurance benefits and that is it. This place is AWFUL! You couldn't pay me to come back.
Cons
Everything but I'll list them off: 1. It's 99% white people at the company - zero diversity. 2. You're constantly being micromanaged. 3. My manager used to play favorites and was really creepy and aggressive towards my female co-workers. 4. Toxic environment to be in - you will hate going into the office everyday. 5. You have to stroke your superiors ego. 6. Sales performance is 100% based on luck depending on which territory you're in, who's your account manager, and who's your direct manager. 7. They don't practice what they preach. I could list of 100 more reasons why this company SUCKS but I hope with the reasons above you're able to stay far away from this place.
