Pros

It is great for people who want a 9 to 5 "automated" job fairly paid. Still some good people around (for how long?)

Cons

It USED to be the best company to work for. It was challenging yet fun, performance-driven yet flexible and rewarding. Everyone was really looking forward to going to work in the morning and there was a great buzz and endless opportunities to improve and learn new skills. It truly was a dream company. Unfortunately now it is nothing like that anymore. People are treated more and more like numbers and jobs turned into a factory production line. Personality and creativity are no longer valued. Only Yes People are in high demand. Extremely rigid metrics are being put in place in every department. Nothing wrong with that as such, if only they were somehow related and allowed for people collaboration. Instead, because of the way people get measured, it has come to a point where people need to "fight" each other for the clients (and to the client's detriment) in order to be successful against their metrics whether it be in Sales, Consulting, Customer Services, Events or Research. Also, there is a really powerful trend of "americanising" the whole company and even our NON - US clients, who are not very happy of paying premium money for receiving no attention to their particular needs. Quality has gone down dramatically. Same as financial rewards (apart from maybe the CEO and the board) and flexibility. Lots of talents are being wasted or not recognised. There is no empowerment of people whatsoever. Turnover is unsurprisingly massive with excellent people leaving as soon as they have worked here long enough to have the brand on their CV. Senior management is totally detached from the rest of the company and rather cover problems in the sand pretending they dont exist instead of trying to solve them. Career opportunities have been shrinking and shrinking.

Pros

Being a globally recognized company makes it easy to consistently engage clients. Great benefits. Amazing people (managers and colleagues) For the most part there is a clear path to success and promotions. Executives listen to feedback after every internal call to help guide strategy.

Cons

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
