Pros
I've been at Gartner for two years now and I couldn't imagine a better place to start and grow my professional career. The training you receive from day one shows you how much Gartner is invested in their employee's success. Once you start in your role, you'll never have to worry about feeling alone because everyone is so eager to help you get a fast start and continue to grow. You can tell this company cares about its people. Gartner hires based on traits, and it shows! The people here are gems. I truly enjoy coming to work every day knowing that I believe in our organization's mission and core values. The benefits they offer are incredibly competitive (I've never been able to use all of my PTO) and because we are growing so rapidly, there are many opportunities for promotions internally.
Cons
The hiring process isn't easy, but I appreciate that they work so hard to hire the right traits and not just the things listed on your resume.
