Many smart people Many friendly, social and helpful people Great PTO Good benefits Many diverse career opportunities and the company (though not necessarily all managers) promotes moving across groups. Looks good on resume Some people have worked here for decades
Cons
Pay is generally not as high as other places. Some managers and groups are really not good (others are great). Manager or group can also have a big effect on growth potential which can have a big effect on morale and quality. Constant restructuring, retooling or re-processing can be a headache.
