Pros
You work with some amazing people and form lasting relationships. The training is second to none and the trainers are amazing.
Cons
They don't tell you that at any time during training you can be let go. This adds a lot of stress to people who move half way across the country just for a position. Once you do finally make it to the sales floor it is luck of the draw to where you land. If you're lucky you will land on a team such as healthcare or finance. If you don't... Well good luck hitting your number. Another major down fall is managers. They promote people based on their numbers and give no thought into how well they lead. I have personally seen some of the best talent walk away from Gartner because of it. Also, do not go to upper management if you have any issues. They will side with the manager 9 times out of 10.
