Pretty good compensation package, good employee benefits. Friendly people
Cons
Terrible hours, very stressful call center environment, inconsistent procedures. Not all supervisors are qualified to be leading a team of 10 people. New supervisors get a team of brand new associates which means the blind is leading the blind.
