Business outlook
Pros
Great place for executive management to learn and grow professionally. Lots of changes that enable leaders to stay sharp. Terrific company with deep expertise and technical acumen. And business leaders 4-levels deep think and operate like general managers, which makes GE a great place for leadership development.
Cons
Too many changes can distract from long term goals. Lots of internal politics can sometimes lead to a culture of one-upmanship and backstabbing. Sometimes see people getting promoted purely on who they know, however HR is very strong in the company and tries to make things better.
