Pros

None, lots of micro-managing, don't provide equipment

Cons

Contract states they don't offer continuous employment, but also demands you accept they might require more than the statuatory 48 hours per week. You're not a "worker", so you don't get the same rights, but you're a "casual worker" so they still deduct pay for taxes and NHS. Timesheets need to be submitted once a week, or more often whenever management feels like it. You need to use your own laptop and equipment, it's not provided for you, and you're also required to let them install certain apps on your personal devices so they can track and monitor you, using GDPR as an excuse.

Pros

You're on call, you can see when/where they want you a couple of hours beforehand. Most Supervisors are really sweet, fair people. Bonus break coupons awarded by the appointed Supervisor that day/night. A well-respected, truly Global Company offering several different roles to grow into. (Not just the Western Hemisphere and the Phillipines)

Cons

Get a really bad list of phone numbers that don't render results within 2 hours, and you're dismissed from that shift. (your pay is affected.) Oodles of charts and very small lettering (thank God for the colorful highlights) on every email. Ghost Work: chat platform is ONLY you and the Supervisor + Operational Supervisor - you can't send messages to your other "teammates". Misleading scheduling: when hired you are told to set a schedule for the first 30 days and not to deviate from it, that you can make changes after 30 days. After 30 days you are told that you CAN'T change your basic set schedule for the upcoming month, only "request certain days." High turnover of employees due to these factors, and low pay.
