Company was going through a transition so it was super unorganized. Also, extremely unrealistic sale goals.

Pros

I was lucky to have met some great people

Cons

As a client advisor I was not valued, uniform privileges began to decline, I was forced to work alone during the holidays and compensated with “free uber eats” by the regional manager. I witnessed the regional manager yell a coworker for having her phone out when the store was already closed and we were just cleaning up. - When my amazing store manager had to leave, I applied to be store manager since the store was practically my second home, I cherished it and I knew exactly how to run it, but instead they hired externally leading to horrible management and every member of the team quitting. Ganni was the biggest disappointment as someone who came in loving the brand. The value of the clothes and accessories went downhill but the brand continues to raise prices. Please don’t work here, just being as honest as possible such a let down. Last thing, the pay is so low and you are expected to do almost everything the store manager does, they will not pay you more because they don’t care.
