GAN bought CoolBet in Tallinn who basically carried on doing their own thing whilst devouring the GAN Technical Team. Dermot left (pushed?) before the Sega take-over. Not convinced it wasn't just his play thing. Taken over by Sammy Sega Interactive who were really only interested in the States Based Jurisdictional Gaming Licences IMHO.
