      Disruptive solutions not encouraged due to people being territorial. This makes real innovation slow.

      Pros

      Flexible in the beginning but tough afterwards.

      Cons

      They hold your money and ask you to contribute more to free the old funds.. currently they owe me 29,000 and imposed a penalty of 15,000 in order to release my owed balance.. I lost trust and so concerned if I deposit more money, I will lose everything. It is tricky business with tough rules., be careful.
