Pros
Got to work with some incredibly talented, smart, creative and committed people. Huge opportunities for professional growth and good pay. Experienced / strong CFO (Ramon Rivera) not swayed by politics.
Cons
At the time (2014-2015), Fullbridge was fraught with chaos and suffered at the hands of narcissistic executives and mostly arrogant and inexperienced managers. Cash management was a massive pain point, and speculative over-investment in projects with high-revenue potential began to consume the organization. For founders and then-CEO, program quality took a backseat to cheap, fast production. Leadership philosophy based on "survival of the fittest" produced company culture that resembled "Lord of the Flies" and promoted competition over collaboration.
