Not What It Seems from the Outside. Poor Culture, poor senior management, poor work life balance, poor salary and benefits. Many employees were not happy but didn't feel comfortable to say so and felt they had to pretend to "drink the kool aid." Lots of smoke and mirrors with very little substance. CEO is flaky. Promotes herself as supporting women but did not support the women who worked there.
