Pros

They work with some of the best fashion clients.

Cons

I worked here part-time just to make some money. Some of the women who work there are literally like Devil Wears Prada. They are a nightmare. Nasty, catty girls. But I guess that's how the industry is.

Pros

I worked at Full Picture for four years, beginning as an entry level Coordinator on the PR team and was promoted twice in my time there. There is definitely the opportunity for career growth, and good work/positive attitude is 100% recognized and rewarded. The best thing about Full Picture is the company culture, and the people. Everyone is friendly and there’s a huge emphasis on connecting with your co-workers; every birthday is celebrated, we had an employee retreat, happy hours, etc. You truly feel like you are part of a community! You also get the chance to help out at a number of different industry events, which was an unexpected and very cool part of the job.

Cons

Salary isn’t great but it is comparable with NYC public relations companies. There is a good amount of stress depending on the team you are on, but again that is to be expected when working in PR.
