      Pros

      UK was able to deliver competitive onshore services for Public Sector, although with some well publicised struggles. The ongoing legal dispute with HMG cannot help. Overall decent work-life balance with excellent career development opportunities at graduate level.

      Cons

      Weak offshore delivery capability. Lost agnostic stance after hardware division was acquired from Fujitsu Siemens, not all hardware offerings truly competitive in the market.
