Pros
The position I had allowed me to interact at a global scale; additionally, the scope of my job was so wide, the challenge it offered was to learn more about different aspects of the business and to implement more processes.
Cons
Career growth is limited; working with Fujitsu Americas is a nightmare--they are far too disorganized. And prejudiced---there were undertones of discrimination against the quality of our work, just because we were not in the US.
