Pros
Used to be a great company to work for. In the last two years it has gone from a good place to work to an absolutely toxic environment - no current pros.
Cons
Only has an interest in managed services. Cloud services are a joke - hosting rebranded. No interest in its people - bums on seats only. Are in a constant cost cutting and retrenchment mode only (except for Sales people). All levels of people are expected to "find their next role" or retrenchment follows. Retrenchment is drip fed - a few people each quarter so that it doesn't make headlines. Pay at the bottom (or less) of the market rate.
