Pros
Lots of values are espoused but really Japan is the only place that Fujitsu seems to really care about its employees. Very effective intimidation machine.
Cons
Multitudes of Middle Management, no real control given to the sales people, always at the mercy of a very broken sales support engine. Do not win big deals - you will not be paid, you are better off in the tin reselling arm of the business, you attract no profile and consistently get given smaller numbers, meaning the mediocre survive.
