Pros
Its just like other companies. But yes, the biggest advantage is for a fresher. Growth is very high. He or she is able to learn the Oracle Apps or SAP like technologies.
Cons
You dont learn much as there are not many projects as of now in this company. Many guys have put down their papers and have moved to different companies. In case you are on bench for say more than 6 months, then its a time that you have to start searching a new job for yourself.
