Pros

Japanese products are incredible. Behind in the marketplace with go to market strategy and structure, but documentation is exceptional for customers. Could be a perfect partner for large FSI Partners.

Cons

Great people, but near sited, not strategic more tactical, the team has ADD. Not structure, no assistance for sales, short ramp time, UK Services Sales Model used here in the US which isn't working. Great products with no go to market strategy for the Defense Teams. Fujitsu companies selling the same products against one another and hiding through reseller partners. Cannot solve problems you identify. Cannot support the customer, slow to respond to requests.
