Pros

As far as it goes, I managed to get some ‘okay’ experience from the role. Although that’s about it .

Cons

Performance based progression. I met people who had been on the same 16K wage for 9 years. The training I needed for the next role up was denied to me, even though I had some of the highest stats on the service desk? The person being put toward the role was friends with the manager outside of the office. Brown nose I met some genuinely talented and gifted people but because they didn’t scratch management’s back, they were denied progression. I met people who were sour and bitter, ready to push people under the bus, who were then rewarded because they were pals outside of the office.
