It is great to work for Fujitsu. The company standards and motivation, together with the salary and facilities, make it a wonderful place to work at.
Cons
Unfortunately, the lower management (Team Managers and Operations' Managers) are often unskilled and corrupted, leading to an unsatisfactory work environment.
