Pros
As with most organisations, the "pros" all depends on where you sit in the organisation. I would say that most people in Fujitsu Services would say that it is a friendly and flexible place to work. Fujitsu Services still has a small company feel about it. The company, through its Japanese heritage, it starting to become a very polite place to work.
Cons
Once inside Fujitsu Services you would not believe that it is the worlds 3rd biggest IT company. Some of its internal systems are very old and appear to be run on a shoe-string. From the management perspective, it appears to be i the process adopting some of the less appealing aspects of the North American style of management.
