9yThank you for taking the time to leave a review, this obviously shows you care and we appreciate that. Our aim is to continuously engage with our employees, listen and act upon their feedback and we use multiple platforms to do so. We encourage all our employees to fill out the yearly Employee Engagement survey of which the collected data is used to identify areas for improvement and act upon them (The next Employee Engagement Survey will be launched again this month). We actively chose to engage with our Glassdoor audience, because we are sincerely interested in how our employees experience our working environment and conditions offered. We encourage our people to actively raise any of their concerns directly with their local HR contact person, so we can take action towards improvement. As you have been working at our company for more than 8 years, I am sure you know we value our employees more than anything and are truly focused on delivering a positive working experience for everyone.
