The corporate office is a nice place to work.

Army of "Sales Directors" who are glorified BDRs for leadership VPs to make all the money. You are part of a cold calling nightmare without tools or accurate activity tracking. 7+ Sales Directors turned over in 2025 at a minimum. You have a 12-month clock before you can be canned, and they take your leads. Inbound is non-existent unless you are a pet favorite of the CEO.
