I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FreightWise
Interview
Call with Recruiter, Call with Incompetent Manager, Call with team member, Call with his boss, Call with Incompetent Manager again. Menial, easy job. Got to Offer, and Background Check. Had a squeaky clean background, and then they had a mediocre excuse not to move forward. "We found something on your background." When I received a copy of it, it was squeaky clean. Also, they asked me to train a week early before payroll started. DISORGANIZATION-RUN!

Question 1
All templated behavioral questions. Not personal. Like an interrogation.
I applied online. I interviewed at FreightWise (Nashville, TN) in Jan 2020
Interview
I interviewed over the telephone with a Regional Vice President for the first interview. My next interview was scheduled within days with the CEO. I was asked questions that were pertinent to the role and my background during both interviews. We also chatted about personal information; it is evident that FreightWise cares about hiring people that will align with their goals and be a good fit for the company culture. I had ample opportunity to ask questions of them as well. The interview process was simple and straightforward.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FreightWise (Nashville, TN) in Apr 2016
Interview
I had three interviews. One over the phone and two in person at the corporate office with two of the owners. They have a small office off 24. It was a pretty informal laid back process but they did ask good questions and seemed very interested in me and my future goals.
