Pros
A byproduct of the firm's deceptive hiring processes, the firm recruits some talented Associates and Partners who are good colleagues - for as long as they decide to stay.
Cons
This is not a thriving, forward-thinking firm. Compensation and bonuses are way below market. Extremely high turnover due to a terrible culture and dysfunctional firm leadership. Partner-to-partner relationships are rife with gossip and petty drama that seeps into the firm's overall toxic culture. Zero diversity, women's, or pro bono initiatives or efforts. Associates do their best to voice concerns to partners, which continuously fall of deaf ears. Associates are leaving in droves for greener pastures. Do not join this firm, there are much better options - especially in this hot market.
