      Bad management Horrible HR No real growth opportunities Will secretly deny yearly raise and hide that fact till directly asked They treat employees like pawns Always looking for a way to cut corners and costs Always under staffed and over worked Low pay considering all the work and hours Management never at work

      The employees Access to boats

      Cons

      Management Human Resources team Some days get brutal hot outside, you will get burnt. $14 an hour. Pay with no raises and no room for growth. Tips can be good if you kiss the costumers butts nonstop. But theres atleast a bunch of customers who do not tip at all period regardless the service your provide
