Middle Management outside the North East region can sometimes be difficult to work with, and upper management can be even worse sometimes. It is also a common occurrence for units to be missing quite a bit of equipment when moved to site for the operators to rig in, and while management says to let them know and they will get it to you, they will get you some stuff and tell you to figure out the rest on your own. Which puts a logistical burden on the operator and has to find a way to explain to Company man why you don't have everything you need.
