Pros

salary is minimum wage but you get incentives based on performance not micro managed getting support when in doubt or need good holiday and sick pay

Cons

position it is presented as a permanent, however while working with them for 3 years I have been moved between account and been threatened with redundancy at every few months, and then finally made redundant because they decided to employ from Africa to pay a lower rate according to the country's currency. They have no loyalty and treat their employees ad disposable no growing opportunities

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback and for your dedication over the past three to four years. We’re pleased to hear you appreciated aspects of our work environment, including the performance-based incentives, support systems, and benefits like holiday and sick pay. That said, we’re very sorry to hear about your experience regarding role changes, redundancy concerns, and the perception of limited growth opportunities. We understand how unsettling it can be to face uncertainty around job stability, and your comments highlight areas where we can discuss internally. As a global organization, we make operational decisions based on a range of factors — but we recognize that our people are at the heart of what we do, and no one should ever feel disposable. Your feedback has been shared with our leadership and HR teams as we continue to reflect on how we can improve transparency, communication, and employee development across all regions. Thank you again for your time with us. We appreciate your contribution and wish you the very best in your next chapter.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
