Pros

work from home and nothing more

Cons

I worked at foundever for one year and my experience was disappointing. The management often failed to support employees, leading to a toxic work environment. Communication was poor, The treat agent like slave and over use us,They do not care about our mental health and pay you just $15. They are selfish and mean. we cannot even use rest room peacefully. And stop lying against agent because you want to fire them or reduce number of people to work. God will definitely judge this foundever, and also they lie when you are hired and tell you something different from the main task. The have terrible team lead who pretend to care about .

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
