Pros

Once you're in, they don't do like other BPO's out there, is really hard to be kicked out of the company.

Cons

If you are not Portuguese, you will hardly have the opportunity to grow inside the company, only if you have friends or they desperately need you. Also, growing up here doesn't involve any advantages at all. The salary only grows up like 20€ and believe me, is not worth. You have to deal with all previous responsibilities, plus the new ones.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
