Pros

Ability to work from home. NOTHING ELSE

Cons

By far the worst company I've ever worked for. Sitel stress lead me to depression. They will micro-manage you until your last breath. Management don't care about moral, only numbers. You are required as a minimum to take over 100 calls a day, reading the exact script word for word with ZERO room for personal breaks break between calls, otherwise, you will be booked into your performance review and sacked. Once you end a call, you are instantly required to move on to the next. If you by any means take a 5 second break to sip your tea, your supervisor will invite you to a drop in call and question you about the break.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
