Pros

There is no pros // I thought that this was a serious company

Cons

Everything, since they tell you that your availability will be always respected, and then that the training would be full paid, then they fired you because they don't require you to work in the morning, and tell you that only 60% is going to be paid because you last less than 3 months, after that they promise you another opportunity for people who wants to work in the morning, then going to the job interview and finding out that what they told you was a whole lie.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
