Pros

No pros to add because this company is disgusting, no value to humanity and HR does not help.

Cons

They have racist employees who make racist jokes on Facebook and try to make excuses. You need to be friends with the management team to get higher up They lie in the recruitment process. Promised 2 weekends of per month but actually you work months on months with out weekends. The schedules are terrible. One of the collegess jumped from the 6 Floor ( canteen area) and died. They told us not to talk about it. They say “people first” but it’s actually “people last” When we moved the the current building we had no facilities, the building was a contrustion site, had electrical wires hanging from walks and cellings. some of us had to do training to new employees in a room where the room was basically being constructed from scratch, it was hot and dusty, wires hanging from the ceilings and no Air con.

Work at home is the only pro

Cons

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
