Poor pay, long working hours, management only cares about themselves, company is literally falling apart, a lot of bullying from people at higher positions, do not respect your work life balance, you are expected to jump in and assist at every opportunity, yet they can't even pay normal bonuses. Management is being led by people that don't even know how to do agents work and not even theirs.
