Pros

- Nice people/ team mates. - Office was decent but not been back since COVID. - Internal data science team.

Cons

- After the first month, I was thrown into it. I’m not talking deep end, I mean drowning without a lido! - Too many accounts and not enough staff (look at all their Jobs out for PPC/biddable team) meant working long hours, very very often. - No time to train junior members or be trained. HR puts things in place but it’s all theory and not substantial. After that 30min chat, your progression and career convo is over - until the next time when it happens again and leads no where. - “Directors” are too junior. They are trapped as the agency promoted them because they complained and worked so much overtime. One mentioned they can’t leave as they can’t pass interviews for other Director roles in other agencies! - You have a layer of Executional staff and then everyone else. Everyone else do not core about how work you have on and will give you more work. If you can’t deliver because you’re swamped, it’s because you have poor time management “are you REALLY busy” is a common phrase. - I know the person that wants to leave with depression from a previous review. They came forward and the way they’re treating now is utterly horrid. Ignoring her etc.

Pros

Found is a great agency to work for, whilst most of the clients are smaller brands, you're able to have an impact on the strategy of these clients, and provide feedback on internal processes which the majority of the time are listened to. Career progression is something that is described as a core focus for the agency, and is reflected in feedback cycles alongside promotions. These aren't always able to happen at the time they should for employees, but this is often aligned to commercial targets of the agency as a whole. The people who work at the agency are who make it what it is. When there are agency-wide socials, it lifts the morale of the team, and while it's a hybrid agency with many working from home the majority of the time, it doesn't affect company culture.

Cons

Workload can often be high, with clients being demanding. Internal processes still need improvement.
