Was entirely misleading from the start with lack of honest conversation. The whole process dragged on for months, during which they ghosted after asking to wait for them to make a decision. After all that, in the end they decided not to hire anyone.
I had a video interview with two SEO account directors. They asked me the usual things like my career to date, specific SEO experience and projects, what sort of clients I had worked with. I gave lots of examples, with over 10 years experience. They were friendly in the call and the interview took the full time. They very much hinted there would be a second interview for me, but instead I was ghosted. I recieved no feedback and it was a waste of my time during a time I could have been looking for other jobs instead of preparing for them. I don't expect you to reply to every applicant, but I do at least expect even a rejection email for someone who has interviewed.

Question 1
Can you tell us a time you were able to convince stakeholders to make a specific decision and what was the outcome
I applied online. I interviewed at Found (UK) (London, England) in Jul 2017
Interview
Applied online. Received an email next day inviting me for a phone interview. They specified a day, not a time and called me. Interviewer asked me only 2 questions and lasted for 4 minutes. I received an email next day telling me I was not successful.
Absolute waste of time of my time. The interviewer didn't even bother asking me about my relevant experiences that I had to ask her at the end if she's interested in knowing my academic, professional background and relevant skills.
Hi,
Thank you for your review. We’re very sorry that you feel this way; as you can imagine we get a large number of applicants for our roles so the telephone stage is just a short chat.
We wish you the best of luck for the future.
