      Pros

      Buen salario. Buenas prestaciones. Mucho aprendizaje y acceso a laboratorios. Respetan tu horario laboral. Horas extras y feriados los pagan conforme a la ley, doble o triples. 15 días de vacaciones al año. Durante la pandemia de autorizó Home Office.

      Cons

      La carga del trabajo es excesiva. Pocos cursos y/o capacitaciones, todo es autoestudio. Poca o nula la ayuda de los managers. El Home Office únicamente es durante la pandemia. El trabajo es 100% en oficina.

      - It "used to be" work life balance - great manager(only works if you work for the right guy)

      Cons

      - It used to be a visa-friendly, all of a sudden, the company decides to review everyone's visa extension without any further transparent notice. - Pay is way more lower than industry average. - It varies depends on team. Follow the right boss, you will be in heaven. Follow the wrong boss, you will enjoy "Chinese 996 management" - Old technical skillsets Don't come.
