Spiralling and isn't sustainable - Sales Forter Employee Review

Where to start!!!! Siloed organisational structure and completely toxic and political organisation brings out the worst in all people. If you are a salesperson thinking about joining - think long and hard. The slide deck and the solution look great, but the internal dynamics are not worth it. Furthermore, when you consistently see top sellers who are exceeding quotas and probably making decent dollars exit the business that is a clear sign of where things are at! Investment in cultural change seems to be underway but the general consensus among most employees is the business will continue to not execute and will remain dysfunctional at it's core. The core product itself is table stakes performance wise, all of the peripheral modules and solutions are padding the investor slide deck.
