Pros
The manager does do team lunches to bring different FS departments together
The bonus was nice.
The manager is not strict about most things and is hands-off.
Cons
When starting out as a temp, the staff at Forrest is not very communicative about the next steps when you become a full-time employee. I would call and email multiple times, but I would receive the run-around.
The pay is not great, considering it's a job in the city, and most people have about an hour commute
The manager is unwilling to learn about the departments that he oversees and is supposed to provide assistance to.
The client relations director is not effective at stepping in when needed because her manager is inadequate at his job, and as a result, communication is lacking, and things fall through the cracks.
