Great culture, Great Tech - Senior Manager Form3 Employee Review

Very flat and transparent culture stemming from the CEO down. The technology platform is amazing and creates a new category of cloud based financial services for large banks.

No evident cons at this stage

Colleagues are incredibly intelligent and motivated, but their efforts are consistently undermined by a lack of support from management.

Recent layoffs were handled poorly, with no regard for the individuals affected. I was laid off and my manager never even spoke to me to say goodbye. In fact, management doesn't inform anyone when someone is let go, so you usually only find out when someone's account is deactivated. The CEO appears out of their depth and lacks a clear vision for the company. This created an atmosphere of uncertainty and fear. While the work itself was engaging, the toxic culture ultimately outweighs any positives.
