Pros

True remote culture Good tech Some very good people

Cons

The CCO has no clue what they are doing and keeps losing their best and most experienced people. CCO has no sales experience and has no clue of who is good and lacks any strategy whatsoever . Churn rate outside early employees is alarming. Keep employing people as they believe the number of employees is the most important key metric to success! Not winning any new business and haven’t signed any new logos. Just keep churning and up selling to existing accounts . Need to get their ship in order , they are very good at talking about how great they are and senior execs believe their own hype but are struggling to deliver. Lots and lots of in fighting between teams. There is literally no employee benefits like normal pension (legal min pension) sales commission plan, healthcare , death in service , insurance etc etc You get your basic salary and the chance to pick some office equipment and 30 days holiday . A once great fintech is struggling and missing budgets by a mile . Needs a major shack up at the board table.

Pros

Seriously some of the smartest and nicest people I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Great culture and the technology is the real deal so it's nice to be able to position solutions to clients you know you can deliver.

Cons

UK headquartered company that is still growing in the US. Target market is large banks who can be slow to move

Pros

Colleagues are incredibly intelligent and motivated, but their efforts are consistently undermined by a lack of support from management.

Cons

Recent layoffs were handled poorly, with no regard for the individuals affected. I was laid off and my manager never even spoke to me to say goodbye. In fact, management doesn't inform anyone when someone is let go, so you usually only find out when someone's account is deactivated. The CEO appears out of their depth and lacks a clear vision for the company. This created an atmosphere of uncertainty and fear. While the work itself was engaging, the toxic culture ultimately outweighs any positives.
