HR does not exist at all; Wages and holiday entitlement are way below the market average. Management is not qualified, no people management skills. In dealer service, every single month they put all the staff performance on a blackboard (board of shame) and the underperformers are all in red. The department is understaffed, even if you reach the position of underwriting the salary still exactly the same. They train you for different roles and the management call it "flexibility", the naked truth is that the turnover is so high that you are overwhelmed by tasks. In wholesale, the situation is even worse, the management is hired based on their relationship with the big shot in the company. and if any issue arises they cover up each other.
