Forcepoint is a conglomeration of several different companies, with different cultures, this has caused friction and with the differences of cultures/backgrounds, other issues: "Pockets" of knowledge, not allowing others into some circles, selling products that benefit short term sales rather than selling the right product to build long term relationships. These types of sales teams have to go.
Bad decisions regarding product integration, go to market strategy, sales team region/account mapping.
