      Focus on wellbeing is sometimes sacrificed for workload and pressures from management. Creates a stressful environment. Even though flexibility is a perk, work life balance is often sacrificed for it. Managers can be horrible and unsupportive too, burn out is an accomplishment.

      Micro-management Bullying Low pay The Flexi-time policy was not enforced (they try to keep you coming in and leaving at certain times which is ridiculous - why is the policy even there???) Contract pay-raise withheld Passive aggression from line managers Extremely high staff turnover
