Supportive team members Decent pay and GREAT benefits Super rewarding work Fun activities/morale boosting events planned for staff on a pretty consistent basis Reputable non-profit Respects and encourages staff to keep boundaries with clients
Cons
Working with clients is TOUGH Sometimes staff are put in positions where they have to be mistreated by clients and supervisors will just state that it's because the clients are mentally ill and there's no accountability for those clients enforced. Going into clients' homes is not always super safe and not for germaphobes. Caseloads are sometimes a little higher than they should be.
