Given the agency is small, you are able to work on various projects and direct contact with leadership team. Christine, who manages the team, is an amazing and a great leader. She leads multiple accounts as well as managing the whole team. She has been a great mentor to learn from and admire how much she juggles everything.

Hours can be long when there are screenings and events taking place. Management needs more support.

I started working at Fons PR as an intern in August and was later promoted to Part-time in October and I have loved every minute of it! The work environment is so fun and makes coming in everyday a joy. Brandy is so great to work with as well. As an intern, you don't really expect to have much contact with the CEO of the company but Brandy immediately was so warm to all of us and made us feel part of the team. I love that every day of working here is something new and that every time I come in there is something new and exciting going on! I hope to stay with Fons in the future past graduating!

There can be occasional late nights and scheduling can occasionally get moved around so I've had to learn to be flexible. Honesty though it has just been part of the fun and though it can sometimes create issues with canceling/moving around plans, the events are always fun and Brandy and Christine are always flexible and able to work with me!
